Fraser River

Hey I just got the info that the Fraser river was the place to fish at the momment around the lowermainland. I was just wondering if Richmond has some good spots to fish off the Fraser. Also if someone could tell me what bait or tackle should be used to fish off the Fraser. Last time someone told me bar fishing with salmon roe was the preferred method there. Thanks.
