Squamish River FSR
« on: April 18, 2016, 06:16:57 PM »

Hi Folks,

I'm planning on heading up to about KM 30 on the Squamish FSR this weekend.  Not fishing unfortunately... Would anyone be able to comment on the condition of the road and current passability/snow cover?  I will have a 4x4.  Thanks in advance.

Smooth sailing up to the Elaho and beyond I'm sure but that's as far as I went.

Often see Honda Civics and Hyundai Accents zooming down the road so it's in good condition.

I had heard the Elaho bridge was out and would not be repaired to keep people out of a dangerous forest fire area.  However, as NA indicates as of last weekend everything was fine up to and across the Elaho/Squamish confluence.  No snow whatsoever.
