Comments: I purchased this rod for two reasons: my intent was to take up spey fishing the Skeena System and I am also an equipment junkie. I have since decided I won’t be using, so I should put it up for sale.

It is BRAND NEW unused still in it’s original packaging (rod tube & plastic). I don’t think I’ve even opened it just to look at it. Anyways, this model is currently listed for $935 USD on the GLoomis site and at about $1,275 plus tax at some of the local Lower Mainland shops.

The rod is currently up in Haida Gwaii - Queen Charlotte, but will be available down in the Lower Mainland around April 5-11, 2016

I am not divorced or in a financial crisis, so in other words I’m not looking to give this rod away. If your looking for a rod like this and want a bit of a better price than I paid for it, then give this some consideration.

I paid $1,176 after tax and I am asking $950 for it.
