A good day in Canada ! Leafs get a big W over the Stars. Leaf backup goalie played great.
4-1.  :) maybe signs of things to come. Sleep well to all Leaf fans.
Canada's team. ( for those over 60 )
Vancouver really is playing super.
They are a team now & not just sitting back & depending on the twins to get the goals.
Everyone is expected to chip in.
4-1 win over the Flyers.
Go Canucks Go !

You can't lose them all ;D Even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while. ;D ;D

Was good as well to get back to the river today with a wonderful day of fishing with many fish brought to the beach, things are bright all all around these days. ;D ;D ;D

Better take your raise and run. Shanahan will be coming after you when the Loafs goes on another losing streak as they surely will. ;D

Let's just see what happens first. Don't jump the gun yet.
Chris's system may have taken a while for those Leaf players to fully understand & execute.
Proof is in the results.
Never know the Leafs just may make a determined run & win all the marbles this 2015/16 season.
Players need Chris's system & confidence. Mind over matter.
Way to catch them fish Chris !
Good for you.  :)

Where has the Chris' system lead them last year, the year before that and the year before that ?  :)

Bodog has the Leafs winning the Stanley Cup at 200 to 1.

So much for Chris' system. Leafs lost to Winnipeg. 2 wins for the season. Perhaps A-BOATER has a system. ;)

FA Wow ya got those creative posts going ! Reminds me of popcorn popping in a pot.
3 posts in rapid session.
Let's not confuse the issue with facts.
The world does not want to hear facts. ( lies are the in thing )
Now with that said : here's my view on what happened last night.
The Leafs played well enough to steal a game in winter peg.
It just came down to the stopper & who would make the key saves.
Put me in the net & Dallas & Montreal would be in last place.
Leafs have a few weak links but over all they are ready to bust out of their losing ways. Chris is worth every penny he 's paid.
But do have good things to say about your team as well.
Canucks had lots of quality chances & both teams made it an exciting game to watch.
Again came down to the stopper.
Pens goalie played over his head & was lucky.
Danial Sedin was given a cheap shot as he was cross checked from in the back & was sent flying. He could of been very injured & out for weeks.
Bet he has a sore back today.
As for my system it's the same as Ferguson the old Montreal #22 from the 1960s ...
Or Gordie Howe elbows....
Canucks & Leafs have to skate check but have a bit of a mean streak thus to create more open ice.
Be physical infront of their net is what I'm talking about.
Too many teams are at liberty & going to the net at will.
We got rid of our hitter infront of the net to the Ducks because of age.
Our D has to take up where he left off.
Too many rebounds & deflections going in because opposition are standing 2-5 ft infront of Canuck & Leaf net.
They should of been knocked on their butt. FA you asked thus that is my system.
Teams are busting out & presently playing great ( Leafs & Canucks ) but must get more physical infront of the net. :)

The laughing stock of the league has hit rock bottom.
On the plus side, only one direction to go from here I guess. ;D

Leafs lost in OT. Score 2-1.
In anyone's books they got a pt. & a big YAHOO. !
The Red Wings are a top team & to keep the score low & manage a pt is like a V !!!
Even FA would agree.
Rainbow in the sky for Leafs.
Chris must be excited & hopeful :)

They don't award points for effort. One point squandered here and there could mean making the playoffs or golfing.

The Leafs are catching fire.
Can feel it in my bones.
They played their butts off against the Red Wings & get a pt. & then fly to the USA 24 hrs later & take on the Capitals a very talented team.
Leafs take it right to the shoot out.
They gain another pt in the standings.
Babcock was very very happy as he sees effort & the Leafs competing.
Where there's smoke there's fire & these Maple Leafs will soon be blazing.
Chris's system is working.  :)
