Not related to fishing, help if you can - MISSING PERSON

If anyone here can help, please do. If it were one of us... I'm hoping this will ring a bell somewhere, sometime soon. Hopefully someone here will recognize him because he is wearing a G. Loomis hat in the picture.

The Oceanside RCMP would like the public’s assistance with locating a missing man from Bowser, B.C. 32 year old Paul Martin DEN HAAN was last seen by family on the evening of February 4th. DEN HAAN is described as follows:

-Caucasian male, tall (6 foot 6) with an athletic build
-Short black hair, hazel eyes, goatee beard, DEN HAAN wears glasses.

DEN HAAN is an avid outdoorsman and it is quite possible that he is in the wilderness somewhere. It is believed that DEN HAAN is in his vehicle, a 1994, army green Toyota 4Runner, with BC licence plate 565NBL.

Missing person: Paul DEN HAANIf you have seen DEN HAAN, please call the Oceanside RCMP immediately at (250) 248-6111

That guy isn't remotely close to the missing person.


I was wondering when I would see this pop up on a fishing site. Does anyone know if he went out fishing? Because the rivers have been swollen like crazy, and maybe he slipped.
