Hey DS - where specifically??  My missus and I went down with friends back in Oct 2013 - spent a few days at Arches National Park (Outside Moab), Grand Canyon (only 1 day - wish it was 7) and Zion National Park. I'm sorry that I don't have pics to share, but I was impressed by the scenery and simply in awe at what nature had created.  We took over 4000 pics over two weeks.  If you get a chance to get to Arches National Park - definitely visit the Delicate Arch for the evening pics and watch the colors transform as the sun begins to set. There were about 100 people when I went.  Make sure you bring a jacket as it gets a little chilly when the sun sets.  Same goes the Canyon - there are many viewpoints to chose from (we went to the South Rim).  I found that the morning colors were more exhilarating than the evening.

You'll most definitely enjoy the adventure.

We are targeting Zion, Bryce, Vermillion Cliffs, Antelope Canyon and Grand Canyon in 10 days of photographic insanity :)

We couldn't quite squeeze in the time for Bryce as much as we wanted to go.  At Zion, we hiked the Observation Point on the first day and Angels Landing on the second.  Both were long hikes - but the photo ops are many.  Getting to the top portion of Angel was interesting as you had to hang onto chains imbedded in the stone. Both offer great views.

Bring extra memory cards for your camera.  ;)

Those pics bring back memories and smiles ....   :)
Forgot that there would be snow this time of year.
But you could have used more time though didn't ya?  If it weren't for those bills..

Snow?  It was INSANE snow at times.  Grand Canyon was a complete whiteout.  There was even snow in PAGE!

I would have loved to have spend more time if the weather was sunny.  The cloud and snow meant we had to abbreviate the trip and end up spending more time in Vegas than I would have liked.  We _DID_ put in a bonus outing to Valley of Fire for some sunset shooting though, because of it.
