Will buy from John Milner, quite a pleasant person to talk to
Minimum 3 months waiting period, He is quite backed up in reel production orders

It is OK with me for he makes such a beautiful product  :)

I think he has it listed on the website but it's pretty close to what a store would charge.  Searun and Fred's probably have the bigger selections in terms of colours and sizes.  Highwater in North Van has 2 in 4" last time I was there.

I have "heard" that you can even customize your own colour if you order it directly from John. Then colour option is not an issue.

Yes you can if you order through John and specify what you want!  Like rootbeer back plate with clear drum or pewter backplate with green drum.
