Nothing chewable in that Chris, just mush.  More lawyers making money from Morton; she paid many mortgages for many people during the Cohen farce, all at the Canadian taxpayers expense.

Another useless venture which will lead nowhere.  Won't help wild salmon, won't help her and it will be money down the drain which could be put to better use than to file costly lawsuits. Courts shouldn't be used for personal vendettas.  It's meant more to show supporters that Morton is still steering the ship and that she is as credible as the scientists she slags (Marty, Jones, Beamish and now Shephard), but since the latest viral surveillance results from Canada and the US she is slowly becoming irrelevant and not making the headlines as she once did. Her ISAv/ISA prophecies of doom and gloom have been debunked. The chickens have come home to roost. Credible researchers in Canada and the US are now undertaking projects to help wild salmon and are getting media coverage.  If Morton thought she was on the outside looking in before well she really is now.  This lawsuit is an attempt to grab the headlines from them.
