Lake fishing near Kelowna, BC

Hello,

I'm just starting out fishing, and was wondering if anyone knew of any good lakes near Kelowna, BC?

I don't have a boat, and would be fishing off the shore/piers.  I'll be going to Kelowna this long weekend.

Any suggestions would be great!
