Garmin Fishfinder 80

Anyone use one. Any feed back

I am going to run out to Hubs this afternoon and pick one up for the boat before I head out on Thursday.

Garmins are awesome.   What are u goin to use it for b/c i know that the 80 would be a little weak for the fraser but who knows, Id think a 120 or 160 or 240 or 240 blue would probably do  a better job than than the 80 for the fraser but then ur spending a heck of a lot more

Called the guy in Burnaby and he is able to get me the eagle 128 cuda which on would you guys be going with if you had the choice?

eagle i have one .. i have the 248 super powerful and works at high speed i look at the 128 looks like a great unit to...where r u fishing thurs as i will be out to?

bought the 128 and the new store is great they were friendly and easy to work with gave me a great deal.

I will be in the grassy area on Thurs with the 12 fter with field tester on the side. Plan on putting in at island 22 or mouth of the vedder

Now I have the finder I have some better eyes for the bottom

i will be launching at island 22 to on thurs what time r u planing on goin...?? ill be in a 14' livingston black and white with a 50 hp yamaha..

will be on the water by 7 am. How is the launch looking at island 22 there was a thread stating that the road ran into the water and was no place to park.

might even put in at dewdney as I live in maple ridge save the drive to the south side. I'll be looking for ya ;D
