Chris, thanks for the video. Were the sockeye plentiful or a bit scarce? Also, any springs caught?

They said it was slow but we saw a number in their rock pools in the short time we were there.

The chinook I have heard about have been inside the sockeye in about 3-4 feet of water to avoid the crowds of sockeye so wouldn't surprise me if they were behind or right at the feet of the guys in the water

Got to admit - I hate seeing those shennanigans out there but what do you expect at scale bar? I mean - keeping a fish alive on a stringer??? I hope someone reported to DFO. Thanks for sharing Chris.

Wow what a great way to keep your catch fresh, and also VERY illegal.

that's the first time I have seen a live fish on a stringer at scale,he must have been at the or nr. the end of the line,if I had seen it I would have cut its gills  if the guy was out fishing or told him to kill it. saw one guy last year at furry creek with 3 live pinks hanging from his pants on a stringer he did kill them when pointed out it was not legal.

Ohhhhhh Scale Bar.....

Standing crotch deep in the murky Fraser hurling bouncing betties out as far as possible with every Tom, Dick and Harry on either side of you. It only seems right they are now charging to get into that circus.......

Thanks for the  ;D Chris!

Just wondering where to park and who is charging to get into scales bar? Where is the location to collect the fee and how much is it? Haven't been there for a few years.
