VPD has just charged Bertuzzi with "Assault causing bodily harm". Fulcrum, will he learning how to play the harmonica and punching liscense plates? ;D

Bertuzzi will probably get a suspended sentence, like Marty McSorry. We all know that celebs like Bertuzzi and Svend Robinson won't get any jail time.  One rule for some and another rule for others

Well it's good to see a player with zero talent such as that Colorado guy(i can't remember his name),will still get to see a big payday.He definately wouldn't have playing hockey.

This whole thing is garbage!! What happens on the ice should stay on the ice, the fact they even considered pressing charges makes me embarrassed to live in this city!!

Thank the bleeding hearts TR....what is going to be the most interesting part about these proceedings (I believe DK referred somewhat to it above) is what Bertuzzi pleads.

Guilty and Steve Moore has a big fat civil suit against him.  ;)

BTW - not sure if anyone else heard this trade rumor...I believe I caught part of it on FM 101.1.....Canuckleheads trading straight up, to NY Rangers  Bertuzi for Lindro. Now if this ever remotely happens.... I'll be the first Vancouverite to personally chain myself to GM place in protest....even if they got Lindros straight up for the parking lot attendant.

lindros is a plug... if they trade straight up i will be disgusted, lindros isn't worth more than my jock strap and gaurder belt.
