Steelhead Angling Questionaire

Just a reminder to fill out your questionnaire card and actually put it in a mailbox whether you were successful or not  . I know I've been forgetful in the past . Do any of the forum members that volunteer or are employed by the hatcheries know if the information is used to determine the amount of fry released or is that amount already set ? Thanks in advance .
