Pitt River, May 31st 2014

Something to be said for sitting in a lawn chair and talking with a good buddy on a beautiful evening, while you drown roe and wait for a dolly.

So was mine. With the freshet and the flood tide, it was pretty slim pickin's. This was the third sport we tried. If this didn't pan out we were going for a coffee :)

Bait ban applies to the non-tidal portion of the Pitt River upstream from Pitt Lake. You can find the regulations at:

http://www.env.gov.bc.ca/fw/fish/regulations/docs/1315/fishing_synopsis_2013-15_region2.pdf

You are much more gracious than I, Rod. :D I was just going to tell him that it is very clearly spelled out in the regs...
