Yesterday Mighty Fraser yielded this absolute beauty female Chum salmon. It weighs about 8lbs and it fell for a Trophy Tackle spinner ;) Gotta love Octobers!

36 steelhead in 2 days... I may never achieve this again, or even come close, but I'm glad I got to experience it at least once.... Not to mention not a soul around except for the handful of wolves we saw.

Here's some pics from the weekend. Nearly all were caught on spoons, some on spinners, and a good handful on bubble gum pink holey worms, even my buddies first couple ever on the fly. I'll let the pics do the talking, what an amazing trip.

Actually in two days for two people, so that's 36 / 4 = 9. Only 9 fish a day per person.
