I have a 4-inch that I purchased back in 1992. It has the silent retrieve and outgoing clicker. I used it for a few seasons, but for the most part its been collecting dust. I thought about selling it the last couple of years, but that sentimental thing keeps me from posting it. Back when Norm was still around making them, I was on a waiting list for almost 2 years until I finally got one from Brian Babcock's shop. It was stolen one season later. My buddy had one and brought it to Norm to for a handle repair. I tagged along so that I could meet the "man" behind the amazing reel. He was an amazing machinist when it came to these reels. He talked to us for hours. We missed a couple of return ferries, but it was fun listening to him. Towards the end, he asked if I had one of his reels? It took me a while to clear the lump from my throat to reply. But before I could, he pulled one out from a Crown Royal bag and sold it to me. I am tossed between keeping the reel or selling it to someone that really wants one. The reel is currently up in Haida Gwaii. I will be down in Vancouver this September. If you are still looking for one try looking me up.

Cheers

It depends on the reel. In the past I have always been able to make the seller happy.

I have a one of a kind 4 and 1/4 inch narrow arbour, with a 2 way trigger not a 3 way. It's never been used. PM me your email and I can send you pics.     If your interested we can come up with a "Top dollar" price. Yes it's a Norm.
