Roe at Bruce Market in Maple Ridge
« on: August 10, 2012, 05:06:28 PM »

If you are looking for roe, Bruce Market had some when I called them this morning.

When I picked them up, I saw loads of fresh sockeye fillets and whole springs on ice. The commercial fishery must be really good now.

Bruce Market has had the contract for years to buy the Albion test fishery catches.

They only sell fresh roe and its usually expensive. Last time I checked it was over $8/lb
