Hihuim Lake
« on: May 11, 2012, 04:10:20 PM »

Hello,

Want to go to Hihuim Lake in a couple of weeks. Does anybody have the contact info for Sky-Hi Lodge? Want to try and avoid camping if I can.

Thanks.

Thanks for the link. That wasn't the place, but it looks decent and the price is reasonable. I booked it for the first weekend in June. There are two other places on the lake, one is quite expensive, too much so for my budget and another which is Sky-Hi Lodge. Haven't fished there in 20 years, really looking forward to it. I remember this lake having some real nice fish in it.

Have a great day,

Rob.

Just got back from Sky-Hi last weekend. Fishing was great but the cabins could use some work.

Sounds like you did well. I am going up this weekend and staying at the other resort, the one you access through Loon Lake. Any fisning tips? Planning to use chironomids.

We just used a brown and pink flatfish on a sinking tip line. Must have caught 10 fish the one day. Couple of spawners and a couple smaller ones but a couple of good rainbows mixed in there too. Good Luck!
