illegally introduced species
« on: May 09, 2012, 08:30:01 PM »

I have seen many introduced species that others haven't seen. For example, I caught a brown bullhead in the Fraser at Deas Island Park. Also I have caught pumpkinseed sunfish in the Deas Slough

I am pretty sure others have seen these fish in just about every tributary of the Fraser.  For example, pumpkinseed have been observed in 26 streams and lakes in the Lower Fraser basin (Runciman and Leaf, 2009).
