Im confused, do you fill out that little tear-off piece at the bottom and keep it, or do you fill it out and leave it attached for it to be included in the draw?

Won a few times the last 2 times a rod and mooching reel and then a survival kit. Always send in you coho and chinook heads have pins back to when they were made of metal.
