don't be discouraged if it is still a bit silty, I got my first hatchery coho of the year today, so it can still be done guys. Good luck tomorow.

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day.  Teach him how to fish and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

Water was good. Fishing was great. Catching was terrible - the water was a bit too high, it was hard to ind any fish. Pink city as usual but they don't bite anything anymore. I got one coho jack which I released and my buddy got a smaller male chinook. Tough catching today for sure -  put in 12 hours at multiple spots and only one bite

How come there are so few fish right now guys?

  • Searching for early Steel.....

Water was pretty decent up top.  About 1.5 feet vis.  Hooked 6 fish, landed 5.... one decent 12-15 lb spring, one bull trout, a couple very clean pinks and lost something bar chrome of decent size. Didn't get a good look before the hook popped.  Was out for about 5 hrs... I'll give another update tomorrow.

Great day today (sunny) but fishing was terrible. Was out in the am and left at noon. Pinks don't seem to bite anything. Tried 5 different lures, wool and even roe they just seem to snub it even it was in front of them  :(. Have not seen one fish landed on the time i was there and there were about more than a dozen people fishin.  Pnks were done i think.

What makes it easier in November?
The fact that it is when the Chum are in. For people who like to catch fish every second cast, now that the Pinks are almost finished this could get challenging. However I enjoy catching quality over quantity so now is the best time. Now lets go get some coho ;D
