 i took out some roe from the freezer this weekend hoping to go fishing, but couldnt make it out. its been in the fridge for two days. i plan on going fishing this weekend. the roe should still be good in the fridge for a week eh? or would i be better off freezing it again. thanks.

i've fished re frozen roe and done just as well, not to be assumed that i do extremely well in the first place though haha

long as it's still firm, not too juicy, and doesn't have that bad rotting smell starting up on it, then it should be fine... adding a little more borax before freezing could help. then again, everyone has their own preference. some guys defrost once and throw it out, not bothering to refreeze it. up to you to find out what works best for you.. good fishing!
