Cooking sockeye salmon

Had a bit of fun making a video on how we prepare our sockeye salmon to share with others and also demonstrate to beginners.

Thanks for the demo on how to fillet.  I impressed a few people tonight with my new skills.   :D
I ended up barbecuing the spine meat with a bit of greek seasoning.  It made for a great appy with no waste.
