Shakespeare once wrote "No more of these bland as dishwater trout, make it pickerel and crappie for my table."

Why was Shakespeare drinking dishwater... ?;D

I hooked one that big a few years ago
even though it was summer time it did not fight much
I got it on a small fly just below the surface
I usually fish for them for a break from the trout, they are fun to catch and will hit almost any fly
They hit the fly aggresivley but soon give up the fight
I am sure they will hit most small baits with a bobber or bobber and a fly
Great to teach the kids how to catch fish this way as once you get into them there is usually lots schooling together
These fish do have soft mouths so dont strike to hard on them

get out there and have some fun 8)
