Has anyone tried showing up any 2010 events and buying scalper tickets? I don't have tickets to anything but I am thinking of heading in to see something.

There are people buying and selling tickets on every street corner in the downtown core.  Pretty risky, make sure you keep up with the delays and reschedules events...

Be very careful if you're buying tickets from any scalper. You could be buying a fake. Your best bet to obtain legitimate ticket is the ticket office at Robson Square.

Do they still have tickets at the ticket office? When I look online at the 2010 site I see the prices are way inflated. Hoping that the scalpers have left over they need to get rid of for face value. Face value seems fair for most events but the prices they are asking online are nuts!
