In FN0811 (see link below) that opens Coho on the Fraser, it states that "Variation Orders 2009-312 and 2009-365 in effect."  the 312 order was noted in the no bottom bouncing notice pertaining to Sockeye.   

Anyone know what these orders pertain to?
