I would think it will be hard to get the necessary permits.The person should be looking into that first.

First Nations have it and they have been talking about doing that or a possible healing centre.

Hey....
You guys may be thinking the totally wrong thing here.
That house (cabin) whatevere you want to call it is up for sale with a bunch of land (right before allison pools on the bend).

He may have already gone through with permits, etc to see if it is ok and is now asking feed back.
Im assuming that land would be worth a pretty penny, especially building 10 small cabins.

I have to side with Chris on this one. I think getting all the permits in place, as required by law will be tricky. Remember putting that many cabins next to the river, and containing any detrimental effect it will have on the river will be a challenge. Couple that with the fact that we are in the heck of a deep recession right now. Even getting money from investors will be a big obstacle.

I know the fella,who owns the land where that little shack sits.He has never indicated to myself that he planned to develope the property.Next time i see him i will ask his intentions regarding the property.
