No. 2 Road Pier: http://www.fishingwithrod.com/articles/region_two/no_2_road_pier.html

Freshet has started, so water is brown. Bait is the only option to catch fish. Dew worms, shrimp, dough, salmon roe are your selection.

Species that can be caught right now are peamouth chub, northern pikeminnow, bull trout (catch and release only), cutthroat trout (catch and release only), white sturgeon (catch and release only), bullhead/sculpin.

Go to the fish profiles to read more: http://www.fishingwithrod.com/fish_profile/index.html

July and August are the best months.

Incoming tide is best, from lowest to peak.

Still want to know more? Come to Fish for the Future, which is being held at No. 2 Road Pier for more info: http://www.fishingwithrod.com/fftf
