tidal fraser

next season I'm thinking of trying for some early red chinook just wondering what is the best way for fishing for them?
does the tidal Fraser have a strong enough current to drop some spin-n-glos from a boat or is it better
on the upper portion of the river?

From what I've heard Spin n Glo's are best saved for the upper. Barfishing roe with lighter weights like 3 or 4 oz are more appropriate for the lower river.

Lower Fraser from what I've seen is mostly trolled from boat just like fishing the ocean.

Spin n' glos are generally used up river; bait is used in the lower.

thats what i thought
 the only thing i caught on the lower this year was a couple big wild coho trolling a spinner and spoon tried countless times barfishing but no results so I'm taking my rods up the river next year, try my luck there
