How is the Cap?

There is virtually no fishing report on the Cap for the fall season despite higher water level. Why? Are there coho (or for that matter white sprint) still in the system?  Is the fishing so pathetic that no one cares or is every one just keeping it quiet?  Shhhhhh! ;D Haven't fished it since June. Any one cares to update info on the Cap?
