But we got one point. I know it's small consolation but one point is one point. If I recall a team missed the playoffs by one point last year. Our wheels are wobbling but haven't fallen off like a certain team... ;D

piffle...ignore these Cannots fans Chris...we'll hear the knashin' of teeth and wails will be heard across the country from Vancouver when the Leafs get Stamkos and Doughty....Stamkos because of the team...Doughty because of Sundin....and we'll resign Matts next season...while the Cannots will maybe make the playoffs and get a #15 pick at best ......lol...

Well it's good to see that tha Laugh fans are finaly starting to realize their season is over and they are heading for last place in order to get the #1 pick !!  ;D Too bad with all of the other young upcoming teams in the East Toronto will be left in the dust anyways :)
Laughs will be last for many years to come

like I said before a Laugh's loss is just as good as a Nuck's win  ;D ;D

Won't need a good pick...we'll just buy players when we unload about 10 million worth of salary when players become unrestricted free agents..

Having a high draft pick does not guarantee a franchise player. Remember Doug Wickenheiser and Alexander Daigle ? Detroit and New Jersey haven't had a high first round pick for years and they're doing pretty good.

right you are FA...but a high draft makes the likelyhood of a good player greater....we'll compare results of our respective #1 draft picks this year when it happens and prolly for years after...lol.......;))

The great thing about the Nuck's is that they have still been outplaying every team for the last 15 games and just not getting the results, Lou will turn things around with his game and the Canucks will make their way back to the top of their division... Canuck's have a great chance of going all the way this year... maybe you can save this post so I can say I told you so in a couple of months :)
