My report for sat/17 nov, the chehalis

Well the pic say it all, 4 nice coho for me and a few let go.not many anglers around, by us anyway ;D
the water was a bit high, but fishing was good with some good friends, and good cigars.

Thanks to merc for missing soo many fish, My fish all had his roe in their belly ;D ;D

Reactions were definitely off yesterday, after a week off fishing spent in Tofino.  Only managed a few chum and actually, my first chum of the season was yesterday.  But Cupcake and another buddy sure did well as the pictures can attest to.  Good day, good cigars, good friends and good laughs!  That's what it's all about!

Hey...Nice fish Jim. Too bad none of them were bucks cause I would've love to have seen a couple of milt sacs to go along with the roe in the pictures. You know how much I love milt sacs. Mmm Mmm Mmm Milty goodness. Remember when we used to take a bunch home and grind them up into delicious protein shakes..Those were the days huh?  :-*

I've eaten cod sperm, it was good! That was until someone told me what it was, and I almost threw up. Looking back it was pretty funny  :D

Careful what you wish for when heading out to eat some japanese, it was hidden in some oysters motoyaki ;)

i've eaten salmon eggs, raw and the accidental boraxed one. Had the raw ones at a japanese resturaunt.

MERC... how's the new rod....... shoot me a performance report.... building that for ya gave me some ideas... hehehe I've got a 14'6" blank on the way  ;D

Cupcake's right.  I've only landed about 4 or 5 ho's on it, and a couple of chums.  They don't count.  But it handled the fish no problem.    Wait till I get my first steelie on it soon.... ;)
