Conditions in the Lower are still not that great although dropping. Not sure what it is like above the clay slides.

I was above the clay banks today, and although a slight improvement over the lower river, it was still pretty high and dirty.

Did not check it today but was told visibility about 2 feet in the Lower.

Did a little tour of the river today after a morning meeting and conditions looked ok. A number of people out and saw a chap cleaning a chum. Got lazy and did not take the rod out of the truck. ::) ???

Just checked at Lickman Road and conditions looked inviting. ;D ;D Snow level still partway down the surrounding mountains.

I heard conditions were not that good this am but got out this afternoon and found them favourable in the Lower.

Found some nice water and a fellow just ahead of me said he had just missed a fish but added it may have been a trout but of course one never knows do they. ;D

My DNE stayed dry.

River was slammed with snow big time today...water wasn't too bad though, a helluva lot better then last year at this time...Roads etc out there suck big time unless this rain tonight washes allot of it away...gonna be a treat getting up and down some of those trails...Ask Merc. last we saw him I think he was sliding down to the bottom for the second time!!! T'aint no fun bushwacking with 3 inches of muck on the bottom of your boots!!!! :'(

The worst thing I have ever seen, (and it will haunt me for all my days) is Golfie sitting on porkchop's chest and riding him down the hill.

Water was ok today 2-3 foot vis below the slides. The rocks along the river are very slippery, but the roads were in excellent condition. No fish seen.
