i like to cook my crab for 2  mins...then i boil it in melted butter for 3 mins...then i take all the meat and throw it in a bowl of spices, roll it around and then chill it in the fridge and then eat it!....its the best foood/recipe there is!    TRY IT!   (i also like to squeez a little lime jiuce on it)

Clean and half Crab.
Boil in Sea water for a few minutes.
Take out and drain water.

Add Crab back to empty pot and add a lb. of Butter and as much crushed Garlic as you like.
Once the butter melts and begins to bubble, take off heat and with lid held on securely give it a good shake for about 15 seconds.

Sit back and go nuts and enjoy your Crab dinner.
Goes great with a Caesar Salad and some good bread or Croissants for the full pull calorie slam. ;D
This is my favorite when at the beach and eating them right out of the Ocean. ;)

Clean and halve the crabs...steam in 3" of water in tall boiling pot. Add 1 beer, freshly minced garlic, olive oil, and parsley.  That's the way we've been doing it!

Big pot of water from the sea.. add lots of salt, i mean lots.... bring it to boil, put live crab right in the pot, lid on... When the crab changes in color, remove from heat, keep the lid tight for 5-10 min.... drain out water, serve it with garlic butter...

once you have enjoyed your steak and crab dinner and you still have  a few crab left over try a warm crab dip. Combine cream cheese, mayo onion and garlic with one shucked crab, bake for 20 minutes and serve warm with crackers
