The Cooker doubles his goal total in one night!  What a play by Bieksa to set him up for the Nuks 9th overtime win.  Keep it going cause I'm going to be there Sun night when they meet Florida.

Chris' boys are cringing at the prospect of facing the red hot Canucks next week.

Too bad Bertuzzi wouldn't be in the lineup.

Lou will turn things around with his game and the Canucks will make their way back to the top of their division... Canuck's have a great chance of going all the way this year... maybe you can save this post so I can say I told you so in a couple of months Smiley

That is one nice streak we have going, and it should still be in tact when the Nucks face the Laughs!!  So after dimantling them, we will be going for a 9 game winning streak!! ;D

Do you think I should let my wife wear her Bertuzzi jersey at the game tomorrow night?  Honestly though, I kind of wish he could have been there because it would be interesting to see what kind of reception he would have gotten.  I'm sure Allen and Auld will get a good one.  Too bad we had to give up those guys in the trade!  They were definitely both up and comers.

Hey, I guess she can turn her jersey inside out.

Canucks got a pretty decent goalie in return. Think where Canucks will be if Luongo wasn't in the nets.

Yeah, they would probably be behind the Laughs, heaven forbid!! ;D ;D
Laughs Suck, and Buffalo is going to make it even more obvious tonight!!

I shudder at the thought of still having Clouts in net (worst stats for NHL goalies). The fans would probably go balistic and blow the roof off that sports venue a well with the noise of all the booing I'm sure they'd do.

No doubt about it...Luongo is the man.  We definitely kicked my friend on that trade!

I've been saying January 13th is the day to be infront of a TV since October when the season started.

Now if only that dinasaur, Bob Cole, can learn a few of the Canucks' names before game time.  It might get rather tedious hearing "and the Canucks bring the puck up the ice, he passes off to a Canuck breaking toward the net, the Canucks score.  Well, the last phrase will be OK.  Hopefully, they 'll put Jim Hewson on the job; the best play by play man in hockey today.
