Thanks to the Coquitlam club who kept the river going when NO OTHER group or agency would do anything.

They kept fish on the front burner and had to fight with MOE to do Steelhead.

MOE did help and kudo's to them.

I have met Glen Joe and his brother, and i know how much time they have put into this. I have seen the fish traps, and a lot of the work going into the river but i have yet to see any improvement on water conditions. Without dealing with the siltation by CEWE and ALLARD it seams pointless. The whole river is practically sand down from where they dump they're crap in.

I look forward to the possible return of sockeye.

Yes good stuff and we plan to discuss this and other rivers when it comes to steelhead with our meeting with the Minister early in the new year. Will get updated with info from Bill before this meeting as well. ;D ;D

I have just herd that the hatchery on kanaka river(bell erving hatchery) has been told to stop producing steelhead and cutthroat  >:( >:( . You may want to mention this to the minister.

Chris, try and confirm this as once again as the Coquitlam, MOE proves how they care not for fishing.
