Well Priced port Alberni Charter

hey dudes...Oct 21st is my birthday, and my fiance wants to go back to Port to visit her Mom. She wants to send me on a fishing charter for my birthday....is it a decent time of year up there for ocean fishing? Is there a good charter anyone knows of?
