If I want to get info on tides and how they effect the Fraser, what area should I get the tide info for and what is the time offset for the Fraser above Mission?

From http://www.waterlevels.gc.ca/cgi-bin/tide-shc.cgi?queryType=showZone&language=english&region=1&zone=9 do I select Oak Bay? And if so, the tides that effect Oak Bay surely won't effect the Fraser the exact same time.

Need a little help with all this tidal stuff.
