Holy Freaking Net on the vedder.
« on: September 19, 2013, 04:45:41 AM »

Just saying...

I just drove over the #1 highway crossing the vedder bridge comming home from work at 4 am..

Seen some awkward lights breifly..

since i live VERY close to the bridge i decided to see what was going on..
4 people with aprox 10 ft by 10 ft NET.  Thats right a NET. big freaking net. they were tossing it out and dragging PILES of fish in. there was a truck parked on the edge of the highway collecting fish and it took off. since i was observing this from the Chilliwack side of the river not the abbotsford side. i could not identify the lisence plate. They also packed up after noticing me... Called DFO about it and they were gone with in 15 min...

Why do some people suck so much?.... im going to chuck some roe for coho... if there is any left in that hole -_-    ......

Carma please be on my side.  ::)

Maybe there is a native opening.

If it was so, why would they be running off when seen ? Probably some illegal fishing going on.

Would you expect anything different?  Our Federal government approves of such conduct. That is how they manage it.

Very little to do with the federal government , time they threw the bankers out of the temples again , you aint seen nothing yet , in Greece and other places they are buring down all the trees in the parks to cook food and stay warm, and they are poaching a few fish here we have it easy for now , get ready

Get ready? Ready for what? zombies? zombie pinks? Because they're burning trees for warmth in other places that means that our government is going to get overthrown!?  ;D

Hey Brian good for you for stopping.

One of the main reasons people don't get out of hand is if they know that they might be accountable, or at least have the fear of it.

A river without fisherman is a river without friends.  If it weren't for people like you, and thankfully there are a lot of people like you, most streams would have little to no fish.  Or just a few little fish.  But alas we need more like you...
