How often do you Fish?

I'd just like to get a feel for how often the average member fishes. A day fishing is a day where you bring a rod to the water and spend atleast an hour or two fishing.

I'd say I fish an honest 100 days per year. While I'm school I'd say I average 8 days per month with a rod in hand, plus during x-mas break and reading break I basically fish every day. In the summer months I head to an interior lake every weekend from the end of April to the begining of July. Then I start fishing evenings and weekends on the Lowermainland Rivers. I'm probably fairly close to the 150 days/year mark.

Three times a week lately.Been lucky.Im actually sore from standing in uncomfortable chest waiters all day LOL been in the hot tub alot.

Yep, know what you mean...fished 31 days straight a few years ago, first light 'tll late... was hard on the back :(

But, one of my best seasons for coho ;D

150++... not sure how many it is gonna be now that I am in school.
I can honestly say the last 4 years I have been fishing close to 200 or more days. Most of the time I only missed fishing during december (when steelhead is slow) and when the rivers are blown out.
Even when salmon arn't running strong I'm out cutty fishing or fishing rainbows on lakes. I guess you could say Im addicted...  ::)

I am around 50-60 days a year atm while in school, since I am in grad school I do not get summers off however otherwise I would be up around 75+

I'm sitting at around 50 days since I moved back to BC in july. That pro-rates to around 150 a year.  ;D

Around 50. Running a business, having 3 kids and a wife limits how much I can go out. Plus I do have other hobbies as well I enjoy.

Do days where I think about fishing while dozing in lecture count?

Maybe 50- 75days/ year on average... exceeded that already and its only the start of Nov.  Going to school and working to pay for it all cuts deep into fishing time, as does hanging out with non-fisherpeople. ;D

I try to get out as much as possible, during big runs im out all day on the river.
