Wont be able to make it out tom. Parents wont let me drive all the way out there with these road conditions. Have fun and take lots of PICS!

Is there going to be a sign at the place?

thanks Sandy

Hi Sandy, I'm not sure if Rick will have a sign up, but you should be able to see lots of cars parked on the side of the road. The fire is probably not visible as there is a very short walk through the woods (15 seconds?) to it. As you drive up the river, you'll cross Tamahi Bridge, then continue up the road, you should be able to spot the area just a few minutes after Alison Pool.

Correct me if I am wrong please people, so everyone knows where to go.

Have a great day and take care on the road. :)
