Anyone have a clue how this tie looks? is it just a bit of all those colours on a hook or is there somethng special to it?

For Coho, use a #4 hook with a bait loop.  Take Peach wool and spread it flat.  Then take 1/4 thickness of red wool and roll it into the peach.  Place a piece of this "Jelly Roll" in the biat loop and trim small so it looks like two eggs.  Notice that the red wool looks like the neucleous of the egg.  It works great in clear water.  Also, use dull hooks, nothing that shines.
