I agree with driller, and i also agree with rant a bit, both have valid points.
how ever taking a course on how to will at least allow some, Not all but some to understand that they are doing wrong.
There are some out there with a concience. and to those with out one they will keep doing what they are doing because our government doesn't want or care to stop them.

I would suggest if you are actually serious write some letters to your local MP. Do not just rant and curse POACHER. Write it well, use proper grammar if you want to be taken seriously. and don't just photocopy someone else paper and sign your name. The more they get the more chance there is of change. They only do what is most popular to their voters. So raise a stink in your community if your serious and just maybe things will change in time.
