Pricing is determined by the test fishers and its based on market demand, just like any commodity. Fish are not bled. Interesting items would be seal ravaged carcasses, sturgeon, maybe the odd coarse fish. Good news is this information is vital to managing stocks. Concerns - funding for this stuff isn't getting any better..
