I took the kids up to the ranger run around 10:30 saw a couple of tomatoes and 1 half decent looking ho a couple of casts with the famous blades and bingo about 9lb hatch to the beach.I let it go it just had that look to it as soon as you bonk it its going to turn really bad so i let it finish his days out trying to make it to the hatchery.I ran into a couple from the US i spotted another red one so i pointed it out to the young woman and after a couple of casts she gets it for about 10 seconds until this monster decided he wanted to go he was to much for that 6ft spinning rod snap fish gone left so they could find some more.It was time for me to go as my 3 year old  daughter fell into a puddle and got soaked but i will go out for first light tomorrow for a few hours before i go to the Grey Cup game.
