bank fishing on the non-tidal portion of the fraser

Hey everybody,
Just new to this forum and since i haven't fished the fraser before, i am wondering if there is any accessible way by car to bank fishing the non-tidal portion.
any info will be appreciated ,,,

There are tons, if you don't have google earth download and view the river :)

go to freds custom tackle in chilliwack. good guys there .....will show gear, bait and locations nearby..  or grab barfishing map from armynavy.
