Was fishing the Lower Vedder in early October at the pilings. My cousin had brought his retied Hardy mooching rod and Avon to bait fish if he wanted. He laid it next to a log a few yards away. A couple of gents from Ladner were fishing the pool as well. Anyway they leave. About a half hour later we decide to leave. His rod and reel are gone. A person fishing with us says the Ladner gents asked if the rod and reel belonged to anyone but I guess we were to involved in the bite to hear. So if your from Ladner and you have this outfit which has a lot of family values wrapped up it its care over the uear, you now know someone is looking. Hopefully we will recognize the two gents on the river one day to ask them if they still have my cousins gear.
