Alex Morton's Court Hearing?

The last I read on this site in early January was that Alex Morton's court hearing was postponed until February 7, 2006. The provincial court was going to decide whether to proceed with her charges against FOC and the provincial Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fish.
What happened? Anyone has follow up information?
