I agree 100% with you novabonker. To all those that continue to support these liars I can only say I hope you and your loved ones don't need critical health care. After all these are the people that tear down perfectly good hospitals. And I heard on the radio yesterday they are cutting 16 ambulances and 36 paramedics. I don't know if that is true yet but if it is.  :o

"Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely."
or
"Unlimited power is apt to corrupt the minds of those who possess it"

It doesn't matter which party they support.  Just take a look at what has transpired over the last few decades.  Most of the 'leaders' had resigned due to one reason or another.
  • Bill Bennett - SoCred - Resigned - in came Vander Zalm
  • Bill VanderZalm - SoCred - Resigned - in came Rita Johnston

The people had enough of the Socreds and thus began a new era of promises:  ::)
  • Mike Harcourt - NDP - Resigned (albeit - he was not involved in the bingogate scandal) - in came Glen Clark
  • Glen Clark - NDP - Resigned - in came Miller (interim) then Dosanjh

The people had enough of the NDP propaganda and thus began a new era of promises:  ::)
  • Gordon Campbell - Liberals - So far the only one who has not resigned - but possibly to be Recalled.

The only two parties left are the Greens (who?) and the Conservatives (No leader - yet).

I just wish there were more 'Honest' politicians who actually represent the people as opposed to toeing the party line.  Me thinks we need more 'Independents'.  Unfortunately - if you don't belong to a 'party', one tends not to get elected unless they are well known.

Actually, what we need is the Single transferable vote (STV)

Minority governments are also good thing, at least it keeps one party from running over everyone else for their own benefit. (ie Liberals dismantling our crown resources for their own benefit)
We all know that an MLA does not abide by his constituents wishes, is all party line now, so even if your MLA holds the view of the constituents, he is helpless to vote your mind, unless its the party line, and that is one of the major problems of our"democracy" today.

Those guys you listed were all acquitted and cleared of wrongdoing, right?
