I saw this the night it aired.....
I couldn't believe it personally.
I was wondering if it would be on the news, or if anyone would pick up on it.
I really though he was better than Susan, great singer.

You guys may like that kind of music better than Susan's song from Les Mis, but you can't compare to two:

- Susan looked like she lived in an apartment with 23 cats, she was old and overweight, and horribly out of touch with the decade, and then she belted out a brilliant rendition of an INCREDIBLY tough song to sing
- this guy, while definitely being a bit of a country bumpkin, is young(er), you could see some of the girls start to find him attractive as soon as he opened his mouth, and really isn't any different than most other country singers you see on TV

He's definitely a good singer, but he didn't blow me away.  Susan's vocal talent is far greater than this fellow's, and her real charm was that no one expected a voice like her's to come from someone like her.

It's not even a question:

Susan > country bumpkin.

Tex hit it on the head. My son is a classic trained opera singer and he is even impressed with Susan.
The lady has some serious talent. I saw the guy on Americas got talent and yes he does have
talent but to compare the two is like comparing fish to chicken.
